"We appreciated the clean, cute room in a great location near Madison Square Garden, with three full beds to accomodate our group. Hosts were good at getting back to me when I reached out in advance with questions. The entrance door was a bit hard to find as some addresses of other doors in the same building were out of numerical order, and the entry instructions we received mentioned the address would be on an "awning" but it was actually printed on glass above the door - there is no awning. "The host was wonderful and very responsive. She even offers extended check out which was great. The listing could be a bit more detailed on the apartment. It appears to be a place to rent rooms but the whole apartment was offered. There is a camera IN the apartment which was very uncomfortable as I felt like I could not get comfortable for the time I was there and being watched I could not enjoy the living room. Other than that I have no complaints."

"Absolutely avoid if you need to sleep at night. I was on the 4th floor and jet lagged. Could not sleep for 2 nights. Affected important meetings in the days. You can hear other rooms, people conversing on the road and every horn and siren from the streets and from far away. Never coming back here again. Avoid at all costs."

"Expedia do not have proper address of this location. I staguld a lot to find out this address.. please call owner as soon as u book ..else you will roming arund the building with no address.."

"This propery says entire apartment. It is a room with a toilet (at best). Others are shared. I text the owner that there was no heat when I checked in, he text me 30 minutes before check out. I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this."

"La struttura è stata scelta per la sua posizione, per il prezzo competitivo rispetto agli standard di New York e perché avevo già soggiornato qui in passato. Le camere avrebbero bisogno di essere un po' rinnovate, ma sono spaziose e pulite, soprattutto considerando gli standard di New York. Il personale è professionale e preciso nel fornire informazioni. Nel complesso, è una struttura che consiglio, soprattutto per chi cerca una buona posizione a un prezzo competitivo."
