"We stayed for 3 nights. Our room was not checked for clean towels, coffee, toiletries, etc during our stay. Breakfast was very minimal and was not replenished. We went to the room about 7am. Bagels and muffins were gone, there were 3 mini muffins, some cold cereal, and a couple bananas. It was difficult to talk to staff as I saw very little of them. We won't stay there again."

"Everything was great except there are 2 hotels with the same name except North or South. Be careful when you put in your GPS to enter the one you are booked into. We ended up at the wrong one at midnight and had a hard time finding the correct one."

"The place was absolutely disgusting! From entry way, to the hallways, and our room. The entry way and hallways smelled disgusting. I don’t think they’ve seen a vacuum in the last month nor a carpet cleaner ever! The room was so outdated, that it reminded me of a room from the 90’s. The carpet had never been cleaned, with a vacuum or carpet cleaner. It was stained and sticky. We actually bought cheap flip flops so we could walk in the room without our shoes. "I will never stay here again. We arrived AFTER CHECK IN and was told our room wasn’t ready.. ok no biggy I guess. TWO HOURS LATER, was told they found us a room and said some boxers came in and wanted rooms and basically gave mine away! ALLLL NIGHT and when I mean ALL night I mean it, it sounded like a wrestling match all around us! I called and went down there and kept being told “I’ll talk to them”… I almost did my self! Finally got to sleep after 1am! Woke up at 7 to get breakfast at 730...

"Clean, well taken care of and helpful staff with an excellent shuttle driver. Quiet, had no issues with check-in and was off in the morning as expected. No breakfast was offered."

"The pool has been shut down for a long time I was told but they did not inform us of this when we had called before booking through Expedia . Front desk was always sitting in corner in wheelchair . Tub was not clean , beds were horrible to sleep on and the elevator was making awful noises"

"The picture of the pool area is misleading. I can understand construction on the slide but the upkeep for the rest of the area was very poor. The outdoor patio had overgrown weeds making it not appealing to hang out in area. The restaurant/bar area was closed and when I asked staff they said it’s been closed for a couple months since the change of hotels, I feel like at some point it should have been updated then on the website."

"We traveled with family for cheer competition, we requested to be in room close to each other. They were able to give us rooms right across from each other. The air conditioner was broke in their room so they had to be moved to another room down the hall. We went to use the shower that night and our shower was broke. They moved us to another room upstairs. We pack up and move to the new room to find that the air conditioner was broke in that room. We went back to the front desk and they moved us...
