"The staff were great very helpful my room key stopped working and they were very quick to fix it. I also called the front desk a couple times with some questions and they always helped me. The breakfast was always great and i could control the rooms temperature with ease. My only complaint was that my bathroom ceiling had mold on it in hindsight I probably should've asked them to move me but since I was rarely in the room( I was just using it to sleep) and I had already unpacked and put...

"Nice and very helping staff"

"TV placement in our room was very inappropriate. It sticks out into the walkway between the hall and bathroom."

"We stayed before an early morning flight, hotel was very convenient"

"Clean and reasonably updated room. Comfortable bed. Good quality in-room coffee which is rare these days. My only minor complaints include the gap from the door bottom to the threshold. It was wide enough that I was awakened several times by activity in the hallway. They really need to add an insulating molding/door sweep to seal the doorway. The second issue was that the heat was not operable in my room. The heating unit would not respond to changes in the thermostat settings. It was...

"Really clean and nice hotel. Would definitely stay again"

"Great breakfast and located minutes away from Meijer Gardens."

"I love that it was pet friendly!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Main Street Inn in Lowell, Michigan. Our room was comfortable, cozy, and a great place to relax. One of our favorite features was the deck right outside the room, overlooking the Flat River—it was such a peaceful and beautiful spot to sit and enjoy the view. The location is also fantastic, with downtown Lowell and its restaurants and dining options just a short walk away. It was so convenient to be able to explore the area without needing to drive. Overall, the...

"My kids really liked the indoor/outdoor pool and we enjoyed the excellent dinner and breakfast. Our room was a nice large size and offered privacy between the two areas. The room had a faint smoke smell which transferred to our packed clothing."

"The ability to get to and from the airport with ease and great timing. In the EARLY morning and before the time breakfast was to be laid out, the staff made to-go breakfast bags for those of us with early flights, with a bagel, cream cheese, and apple. She was very pleasant and helpful."

"This hotel is one of the very best we have stayed at. We loved it. The receptionist and breakfast staff were friendly and very helpful. We selected it for location and pet friendly status. We brought our puppy along and everything worked out great. We would stay at this hotel again anytime."
