"First of all, the grass was not mowed. The whole yard looked terrible and was full of weeds. The garage was small and there were huge empty boxes in the way. We had to rearrange them to get the two smallest cars in there. There is a camera in the garage that we were not told about. The noses were from new patio furniture. The refrigerator leaked and barely cooled and the freezer did not freeze well enough as to where a bag of ice was melting in it. The home is very sparsely furnished. One couch...

"Absolutely perfect! "

"This space was very charming for the 5 of us. 2 bathrooms made it very nice with my mom staying with us. It was a short drive to the beach around 10 minutes. Historic area was a short drive as well. The outdoor patio area in the large backyard was warm and inviting. My kids had a great time playing the board games and using the karaoke machine when we were waiting for the heat to pass. Our stay was so fun! "

"Beautiful house!"

"The location of this property was somewhat hard to find. There are 4 small houses that share a circle drive. If I had to guess 2 of the 4 are residential homes. Shower was dirty when we got there, the sink and counter tops when wiped after we arrived were dirty, the seating in the living was a chair, small uncomfortable love seat, air conditioners didn't seem to cool the house down. There were 2 units in a tiny house and we still felt stuffy. Also definitely a small house for no more than 2...

"The house was very clean, when I called for details the staff was very accommodating and friendly, the location was a brief walking distance to the beach and just a short drive to the historic Saint Augustine shops, the house was very comfortable and had all the amenities that was on the website."
