"Bar staff were not very helpful when checking in and left me waiting for the manager for 15 minutes and was ignoring me and non-responsive when I would ask what the delay is. Other than that the experience was fantastic, the room was lovely, the restaurant was lovely, can ’t complain. Just the check in experience left a slight sour taste."

"I loved this hotel. A+ staff. Rooms were bigger than any other I'd stayed in in London. Yes, It's not in downtown London, but if you walk 10 minutes you're at the Elizabeth Line that takes you right in. OH and the Elizabeth Line runs all the way to the airport. This was a great find!"

"What a weird a** place this is.
This hotel does a great job straddling the line of being friendly and unhelpful. They act like they are nice but really they just want to be mean. The hotel itself is well appointed but the presentation is a bit pretentious. It's trying to be fancy but really it's just weird. It is not family friendly. We tried to have a coffee one day in the cafe but there was no server. Then we ran into some trouble with kids pool time as the TV stated the window was 9-noon...

"Property was in a convenient location for moving around London! The rooms were ample size and offered great amenities. Rooms were quiet with no noise from other guests or outside. Spa facilities were nicely maintained and offered a very relaxing experience. Breakfast was continental and offered a good selection but could have been restocked quicker during busy periods. Staff were welcoming and friendly!"
