"This was one of the best Holiday Inn Express hotels we have had the pleasure of staying in. The room wax clean, staff was attentive and prompt and our experience was all in all very pleasant. The lady that worked in the breakfast area was top notch. She was personable, attentive, and worked very hard to make sure all guests were cared for and felt at home."

"Elevator was down. very pretty hotel but I payed early to check in early then the power went off 2-3 hours after being there and I was told a refund was not available. I understand not being able to control electricity but I still would have liked at least a partial refund because I was not staying in a hot hotel overnight with no electricity."

"Tub did not drain,stains in tub from standing water, hair dryer did not work. Piece of foam on plywood would have been more comfortable than their king size mattress. Do not recommend this place at all."

"I have to start with how impressed I was with this hotel. Usually this chain doesn't impress, but this hotel really did. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. They have a nice indoor pool and spa, a hotel bar that opens around 6:30PM and a nice breakfast that closes a little early but it was good. The room I had was perfect for what I needed and the price was right!!!"

"Room appeared clean, but trash from previous occupants was found under the bed. No cooling mirror. Window blinds were broken and did not go up past 12 inches from the bottom. The room was dark even with the lights on in the bathroom had a dim light so no place good to put makeup on. Light switch is outside the bathroom so if you’re sleeping at night and you’re not the only one in the room, you have to turn the light on and open the door to the bathroom and it floods the room with light. "Wish there was another place under 300 after Morgan Wallen. He was nice when we checked in at like 1:15 am but the room smelled like mildew, the floor felt disgusting walking on, and our sheets and towels were stained. Also, when checked out, said we would get our 50 dollar deposit back, but 3 days later it has processed and taken off of pending! Definitely not worth the price or the extra 50 bucks we didn't get back. And all we did was sleep there after a concert"

"Not very clean, smelled of dog saliva and dog. There weren't rooms separated by pet friendly and not pet friendly. This is a motel and the rooms don't look as shown, very deceptive. It was budget friendly but that's about it"

"Sleep Inn Moundsville was in a great location, had plenty of parking, was very clean, had a wonderful included breakfast, and welcoming staff. The only thing that was a complaint was that the air conditioning unit was a bit loud and rattled when it would turn on. Other than that, this hotel was perfect for my stay in Moundsville. I will definitely come again!"
