"Driving up to the property there was no Quality Inn sign - or temporary sign. I assumed they had just purchased a Super 8. When I arrived just before midnight they told me that the room I’d purchased was sold out and then tried to upsell me. I refused and they finally gave in. The so called upgraded room had no AC on and there was no TV. At 8:30am someone tried to enter my room - without knocking. I left immediately there after. "This was my second time staying at Hyatt Regency Conroe and it didn’t disappoint. The staff is fantastic and is extremely helpful. Especially Kaidyn who works at the front desk. I will be traveling back to Texas in a few weeks so I will see y’all again soon!"

"The staff promptly fixed our TV. The room needed repairs and was unattractive with uncomfortable chairs and beds. No Kleenex available. The breakfast was very limited and unappealing: packaged sweet pastries, sweet dry cereal and Cheerios, sweetened packaged oatmeal, and a few pieces unpeeled fruit. The staff in the office weren’t present unless you picked up the office phone to call them; then it took time for them to be available! We won’t be back."

"Great place to stay on the road. Laundry facilities were good. Pool was nice, but the bottom has a rough texture (beware!). Also it's outside, so don't forget your sunscreen! The location was good for where we needed to go and was easy to get in and out of. Breakfast was nice."

As soon as I walked into the room, it felt very hot and muggy and had a strong odor that reminded me of an old, poorly maintained building.
