"The Talbot Hotel is in the heart of Stourbridge. It is easy to find with some parking at the back of the Hotel. The staff are very helpful. The rooms are clean and tidy with tea and coffee available in the room. great shower, comfortable double bed, very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to stay again, and would recommend to family and friends."

"I took my auntie for mothers day and my small dog riley. The reception staff were exceptional especially Alex, all making a fuss of riley and checking on our needs. The restaurant staff all very attentive and friendly. The breakfast was very good and lovely fresh danish and fruit. Sadly not time to swim but will definitely be staying again . "

"One of the best hotels my chap and I have stayed in for a long time. It wasn't 'tired', the staff were helpful, the breakfast was excellent and the room clean. If we had to fault it, being very picky, the bathroom was a bit cramped and the towels weren't changed when we asked. The superb spa treatment that was a last minute booking, was a bonus. We highly recommend this hotel and we will be staying again."

"Room 209. City view. Lovely room, spacious and nice modern design. Good shower and bathroom. Bed fairly comfortable although dipped slightly in middle with 2 medium sized people in it. Pillows were plump. The only thing which let it down was the window catch was broken and the window would not close fully meaning the noise from the main ring road was loud and constant and woke me up several times in the night. I tried to put something inside the catch but it reduced the noise only a little. I suggest the hotel inspects and fixes this. "

"Parking safe at the back of property and free. Plenty of spirits and bottled beers. Staff excellent, extremely helpful. Room was spotless, nice double bed (for a single room) toilet and shower spotless. Really good value for what I paid. "
