"There was an issue with the bed frame in our room where the plastic bumper/cap was missing, leaving a sharp exposed metal corner sticking out beyond the mattress. I accidentally bumped into it and it ripped my jeans. I reported it to staff, but no one came to address the issue during our stay. Even after reporting it, the exposed metal continued causing problems throughout the trip. My daughter caught her pants on it multiple times, and my formal dress also snagged on it. Thankfully neither ripped, but only because we became extremely cautious around the bed. What was most frustrating was not just the damaged clothing, but that the issue was never fixed, there was no apology, and no offer of compensation for the ruined jeans despite it being a safety hazard."

"Property has a pool but no fitness center limiting the type of workout a traveler can engage in on property. The room bedding was clean enough for me to be comfortable staying. Love that all rooms are equipped with microwave and mini fridge. The walls are relatively thin as I can hear the neighbors voices and the TV at night. The staff had been very pleasant and helpful."
