"Got a dirty room that was clearly not cleaned recently. Asked for a different room and got one that reeked from smoke smell covered by some nasty perfume spray. Found a dead bug on the floor. Maintenance bad. I will never go back there. Staff was nice and friendly"

"The room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The building was clean and pretty. Only thing was the people upstairs walk so heavy that it woke us but other then that it was a perfect stay!"

"The staff was watching shows and looking on their phone instead of checking us in and it was very awkward, she was showing us different things on her phone and we were tired from the road trip and just wanted to rest. Other than that, its a decent sized apartment-like room, nice kitchen but the over looked broken, bed was nice and spacious"

"Superb property. Great location - immaculately decorated with such class and fun all rolled into one! Staff were wonderfully helpful and the kitchen area was stocked with interesting snacks and drinks. The only confusing part is where the back door is and are you just about to knock on a private home but perhaps that adds to the "whimsy" feel of the entire property. Will definitely stay there again. 10/10"

"The location of this hotel is great, it’s in the middle of all the shopping and activities but the rooms are a little less desirable. You can hear everything In the rooms next to you but worse, your room’s bathroom doesn’t have a real door. It’s a barn door that’s not fixed so it swings outward ( loudly, you can hear everyone’s around you, too). If you have to use the bathroom, your entire party will hear every detail and maybe see it because there is no latch and the door is always partially...

"The restaurant staff were exceptional. They were friendly and ready to provide an excellent breakfast. The staff at the desk were another story. We came a little early. She let us put our stuff down but with an attitude. We went back after 4:00 and I guess we were expected to know that we were supposed to get a text message with the information.
