"Great place to stay in Palm Springs. I highly recommend !"

"Property is very peaceful and off the beaten path, near the edge of the metro area. Spent a quiet night in the soft beds and large rooms. Property has a swimming pool, outside and inside hot tubs with bubbles, and a separate mens and womens steam room. Cupboards are empty so bring your own dishes for microwaving and utensils/napkins for eating. A small hot water maker and a larger than usual refrigerator accompany the sink for kitchening. Coffee pot is a short walk to a room near the office....

"The hotel is dated. The carpet in some areas were torn. Check I’m staff were awesome. However the breakfast food staff were not as friendly or helpful. I tried to buy a coffee and ai was told they weren’t sure if I could have coffee if I didn’t buy the buffet. "

"There is no elevator to the upper rooms which was somewhat inconvenient. The bathroom has very poor lighting. For over $800 per night, there should be an included breakfast."

"Convenient to great restaurants and Indian Wells Tennis. Nice clean pool area, and 1 bedroom stay was comfortable. Only there a couple days, so didn't take in many amenities."

"Market, golf and coffee shop near by. Down town Palm Springs is about 15 miles. I wasn't happy with the parking fee of $10 per night to park your car on the hotel parking lot. As an Honor Club member this should be no charge. "

"Beautiful Resort. Enjoyed our stay with my family. Restaurants were great and Arcade Room was fun. My granddaughter had a great time in the pool and the water slides. She made many friends and they all had a blast. We’ll be coming back soon. "

However, it could have used a second clean in the afternoon due to debris from trees and bugs landing in the pool The property is in the perfect location. Right next to the heart of shopping and dining. Nice bikes to ride around the beautiful old homes. The building itself needs some TLC: Fresh paint and stain in the elevators. New lawn furniture. New pool towels We were there for 4 nights. 3 out of 4 days we had no hot water. We would call...
