We were told we would get a full refund by Joana (desk representative) but per Expedia they denied the refund or even a discount. Very unsatisfied with the service. "The room was clean and facility was nice. The only thing disappointing was the advertisement for the pool. Only the smaller pools were available to those staying in the condos. The larger pool that was advertised is only available to guests staying in the main building. Other than that our stay was good."
