"Hello. There was hot water running in the room, but the temperature was so cool that taking a shower was impossible. The sofa in the room looked very worn out, and the entrance door wouldn't close unless you gave it a good slam. There was no water in the fountains on the grounds—they are currently out of order—and the screen door leading out to the loggia was difficult to slide. However, the staff did an excellent job; they are a great team."

"This is a clean facility. They have complimentry breakfast, which is nice. It was a bit noisy with kids at night. Did not receive a top floor and asked for 1. It was close to the facility I was there for. I would stay there again."

"First off I was charged by the hotel as well as by you, the manager of the hotel told me that you didn't charge me that they had to and you both did the manager refused a refund and then kicked us out when it took me a little longer"
