"This place is not fit for purpose. We attempted to park in the car park to check in but it was full of damaged vehicles haphazardly covering the spaces. The paths and stairwells were full of rubbish, dirty laundry and disused and damaged furniture. The pool was a cesspit.
We opened the door to room 46 and were instantly repelled by the smell of stale tobacco. The room would not have been out of place in ‘The Shining’. We felt very unsafe and did not even sit down in the room.
