Cost about half the going rate in Downtown. Nice landscaped and beautifully maintained gardens belonging to the hotel at the rear."

"Our only problem with the hotel is that in both rooms, the beds were not only low to the floor but the mattresses were too soft and lumpy. This is a big deterrent from staying here again. It’s difficult to enjoy your stay when your back hurts."

"Staff was wonderful. So helpful and very nice/professional. Room was quiet and clean. Location is not really Cambridge; it’s more Arlington. So make sure you look at a map before booking if you must be near Cambridge proper (something I didn’t do). If they offer a breakfast option that wasn’t the full buffet, I didn’t see it. But that would’ve been nice."

"The room was clean when we arrived. Staff at desk was pleasant at check-in. Other than that, they didn’t acknowledge you coming or going. Our room was not cleaned in the 3 days we were there. We always reuse towels so that wasn’t an issue, but our trash can could have been emptied. Our stay was okay. Quiet area and it was close to a variety of restaurants."

"This hotel was perfect, very clean and the staff where exemplary and very helpful. Great transport links to the city of Boston. Very close to shops, eateries. There is a Starbucks attached to the hotel, restraunt and bar, and beautiful seating area to sit after a long day exploring. 10/10"

"They don’t have staff to take luggage upstairs. We were given our own trolley and expected to take the luggage upstairs when asked the front desk said it may take some time. This is severely lacking for a five star property. We found a thank you card left in the room from a previous stay, clearly not meant for us. The hotel is nice, the bathrooms are nice and the showers are very good. The pool was a bit underwhelming for a property like this, it was very humid in the pool room. They have a...
