"Checked into a pet friendly room, carpet was disgusting, bedding was dirty, sink plumbing leaked and lock on the patio door was broken. Went to visit other family in another room with 9month old twins and had them laying on the bed when we noticed a thumb tack sticking out of the bedding right between one of my babies legs, proceeded to rip the bedding apart to get the tack and found a large brown stain on the comforter. Eventually got all that bedding changed and then got them to move our room...

"The toilet paper was like sandpaper and I’m a 65 year old women with long nails, I couldn’t flush the toilet because it had the push buttons on the top and my fingers would not fit to push the buttons down. I had to use the toilet paper roll holder bar to flush toilet. The king bed only had two pillows instead of 4. They had no ice because the desk guy decided to clean it and shut it off and didn’t bag any for the guests."

"Parking was easy. The kitcken needs to get their act together. We ordered 2 identical meals. We got 1correct. The other 1, I don't know how they arrived at it. Even after pointing it out they could correct it. They did cover the cost. But thats not the point!"

"We enjoyed our stay, except there was air in the pipes late at night and early morning. A little disappointed as manage just said sorry about that. No compensation was offered."

"Room 206 should not be used. Clean updated no issues with that. But putting the AC unit 2ft from someone's head. Really what person thought that is even a option. Sleep what is sleep never slept at all. Room 206 at all cost stay away from room 206."

"The pool was cool but small. Lots of bugs floating in it like it hasbt been cleaned. The rocks around had a lot of graffiti as well. The younger check in staff definitely lack in personality. Beds weren’t very comfortable. Probably wouldn’t spend $200 for this room again but it was fine. Did the trick"

"Really beautiful lodge, large cosy room, great hot tub, pool table, lots of games..very substantial homemade breakfasts, always with muffins or something which made for easy snacks later. Friendly and accommodating host:). Recommend!"
