"The stay was very nice, but multiple times the staff seemed to be complaining about being short staffed. Also our air conditioning unit never got below 78, we did report this to the front desk. "

While some of the finishes weren’t perfect, they were still well done overall. The hotel seemed fully booked, so it did get a bit noisy at times, as sound carried through the walls and doors. "Clean rooms, SUPER spacious for bigger families! Close to alot of tasty restaurants! Park across street to walk dogs! Fitness center is perfect, but also close to Rockbox and F45 for my group class fanatics! Staff was friendly and helpful! "

"The hotel is old-world OLD, but in remarkably good shape. Huge banquet rooms, restaurant/bar attached, swimming pool and terrace room for breakfast. The breakfast (included) was the only downside. The hot food was not brought out in a timely manner and quickly depleted. There was no way to contact staff to let them know. everything else about the hotel is excellent! Rooms clean and include in-room safe, micro and SMALL TV (I can live with it). Front desk staff was friendly and helpful....
