"Signore Dante was absolutely amazing, his customer service was priceless! Housekeeping was really helpful as well! The bathroom wasn't clean when I arrived and she did a deep clean and disinfected it. Very big room and delicious breakfast as well. There are no buses on Sunday, and it's difficult to get to Rasiglia, so plan in advance. There's not much around either, but beautiful nature. The swimming pool wasn't open or clean either. Presente anche il materiale per lavare le stoviglie e il forno. Gli arredi sono nuovissimi! L'aria condizionata è presente in tutte le stanze e funziona benissimo; le camere sono ben isolate e nonostante il forte caldo, era sufficiente...

"We liked the private suite by Chiesa Nuova. Great location and lovely room. Concierge was very helpful and delivered our bags to our room when we arrived an hour before check-in. Little confused on the room reset process, didn’t get new bath towels during 3-night stay. Overall it was a very great experience though!"
