"Stayed at the Mirachoro resort for a week with my son and his friend at the beginning of May. Overall an excellent experience, let's break it down: STAFF - extremely friendly and helpful LOCATION- 5-10 min walk down the main Street past 10+ restaurants to the beach area. Beautiful sandy beach, good waves wind, refreshing water. BREAKFAST- amazing, eggs, yogurt, toppings, fruit, cheese and cold cuts, coffee, juices, pastries... RESORT- bar, pool table (1 euro per play), great big pool, kids...

"Wonderful hotel. Fresh tasty buffet breakfast - not a thing to complain about there except if you were staying for more than 3/4 nights it may be nice to have a little more variety. For me yogurt fruit cheese and bottomless coffee was perfect! Lovely friendly staff who give the best service and advice. Rooms could be slightly updated with chips and scrapes in furnishings, but had a nice the rustic feel. It would be really nice if the rooms had fridges and kettle. Overall a brilliant stay! "

"The units are very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is set up perfect with all the dinnerware, pots, pans and appliances that you would require. We even had a juicer and we had the most delicious orange juice. The staff was always helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay again!"

"O hotel superou as expectativas: novo, muito limpo, funcionários ágeis e atenciosos, quartos espaçosos e amplos com cama e sofá e restaurantes com comida muito saborosa e variada. O vinho é da Casa Ermelinda que particularmente gosto imenso. As atividades são interessantes e a piscina e bem grande e apropriada para todos. Os únicos pontos negativos: além do SPA que normalmente é pago, o ginásio é pago a parte também (nunca vi cobrarem, nem em hotel, nem em cruzeiros), as máquinas de arcade são...

"Apart from a burnt-out overhead light in the bathroom, my room and experience were top-notch. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was superb, and the setting—right along the beachfront—could not have been any better. I highly recommend the Algarve Casino."
