O pessoal da limpeza deixou as janelas abertas todos os dias, então o quarto estava muito frio quando chegávamos no final do dia e o aquecimento é fraco, passei frio a noite. A equipe no geral é muito simpática, gentil e prestativa. Mas tive problema com comida. Tenho várias intolerâncias. No primeiro dia escrevi para a cozinha e entreguei na recepção...

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the owner himself is a wonderful person who clearly works very hard.
The view was excellent. Breakfast was good, and the restaurant was also very good, with excellent service, quality food, and fair prices.
The bed was comfortable, although it made some noise. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear your neighbors talking and using the bathroom, but it was still tolerable.

"terrible experience. Firstly we didn’t get robes and towels upon check in which meant we had to return for these from the red block to query about them. Apparently you need to ask for these! During check in, the woman was dealing with us at the same time as taking phone calls from quests and whilst this was great multitasking, it made check in less personal and may have been why she missed explaining things to us and providing us with a pool bag.
