"Not what we expected. We book our last night in Italy at this hotel as it was an hour or so from the airport and it was supposed to have a nice pool in a small town. Pool was not available, services were not explained, very poor customer service everywhere."

"This palace is a dream, beautifully appointed, stunning views and Dorothy, the owner, felt like an old friend. I wanted to stay so much longer. Only improvement would have been directions or signage on how to find the grand abode. Once found, parking was available right out front on the street, a safe street. "

The views of the mountains surrounding the property is really great. The restaurant food was superb. We were not expecting such high quality delicious food. It was so pleasant. The staff was super friendly and helpful even with our very limited Italian. They also provided recommendation on what to do. If you happen to be staying at this...
