"The staff were all very pleasant and friendly and the room was nice and clean. The omelets were excellent and the fruit was nice and fresh. I would recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Nashville or farther South. "
"Great location for a reasonable price. Offers the basics in terms of amenities and staff and charges a fee for things like room cleaning, etc. Air conditioning worked fine for us although it was still spring so highs were only in the 80’s. Room had a full size refrigerator and microwave. Limited coffee and pastries available in the lobby in the morning, but coffee wasn’t really hot enough. We would definitely stay here again. "
"This property is a nice quick stop option when traveling. The beds were nice and comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was nice. The property could use a little up keep but for the price it is a nice place to stay overall. "
"I was at the hotel with a group in mid-April. The hotel appeared to be in the late stages of a renovation, so there was dust in a lot of common areas. But enough of the renovation was done so that the hotel felt refreshed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was decent for hotels at this price point. (Above average, but I've had better.) The staff at check-in was friendly.
The only concern was noise level. The hotel is right next to the interstate, and there was nothing to shield the noise. There are elevated train tracks on the other side of the building. So, if you are a light sleeper, there will be some disruption during the night.
Overall, I would stay here again if in the area."

Brentwood Suites Nashville, an Ascend Collection Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Clean, quiet room. Exceptionally friendly staff & manager made our stay so much nicer. They gave us advice on getting to the Nashville hot spots and eateries. Also the hotel has a nice lounge that’s open until 10 pm, offering both food and drinks."
