"this is my second you’re staying in this hotel and it’s absolutely wonderful. The facility is great. The location is great. The breakfast is great. The staff are great. The only thing I would change is that the beds are extremely firm, and the pillows were very hard."

"The front desk was great,and I really liked her. She fixed most the issues expedia caused The beds how ever were not comfortable at all, and very noisy when you moved around on them. I worked at this hotel from 93-97. Not a lot has changed besides some paint on the walls. The beds were much better then. Oh and you can't use the damn pool anymore eithet the only reason I stayed."

"We loved it here! Friendly and accommodating staff. The Sweet Water restaurant was delicious! Comfortable beds and great pool. Bikes on premise to use and enjoyed a lovely bike ride along the beautiful river. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!"

"Room size was HUGE! We traveled with 3 dogs and it was so easy! Very comfortable king bed! Nice little heated CLEAN pool. Very quiet and the staff was so kind and helpful! All of them"

"They put me in a room where the shower was all peeling and had rust stains. It was also near the exit of the building so it was very loud ! And to make matters worse- a smoke alarm continued to go off in somebody’s room, very late at night, every 30 minutes or so for a very long time!! Why wasn’t that remedied by hotel staff immediately!?! Someone was supposed to be in the office all night long. When I complained about my night, upon checking out, the front office clerk didn’t even apologize...

"Loved everything about this hotel"

"The bed; and all the linens were clean. The amenities in the room were dated but adequate, I didn’t use anything else really. My issue for the low rating is that I walked around barefoot, I couldn’t find my slippers, I couldn’t find clean socks, and this isn’t the type of hotel that provides slippers in the room. MY FEET WERE SO DIRTY AND COATED I HAD TO SHOWER AGAIN. I stripped the extra sheet from the bed and walked on that and towels. If I had needed to be here more than one night I would...

"Didn't care for the breakfast. We expected more items. The room was very clean and had that new look to it. We assume that this was a fairly new hotel, it was that clean and nice."

"This was one of the best stays we have had in a long time. The staff was super helpful and we absolutely love the indoor pool. I highly suggest stating here. We actually debated staying another night cause it was such a great hotel and the bed was super comfy we got great sleep. Highly recommend"
