"The hotel & room appeared fresh and clean upon arrival. However, the bed pillows were mini-sized, flat and needed to be replaced. There was mildew along the floor of the shower walls. Our floor was noisy—children running up & down the hall, running down the stairs. (Parent’s fault) One of the front desk managers was unfriendly when I asked for clean towels for our second night. We were in town for a wedding, so it was a little inconvenient not to have a closet. There were pegs on the wall where you could hang a few items (no hangers though). "Walked in and the hotel smelled like sewer on the 2nd day. Found out at check in that the hot tub was broke and we booked the hotel because it had a hot tub. There was mildew in the tub/shower. The bathroom door wouldn’t close or lock. When we arrived and walked down the ab to our room, it smelled like smoke and mildew mixed, our room was extremely hot and muggy since no ac was on and we had to wait for it to cool off before going to sleep, went down to get breakfast at 8:45 (they closed at 9)...
