"Horrible policies and housekeeping. Watch out for them abusing your financial information and charging you excessive made up fees that are NOT communicated or documented anywhere. You basically can't use the towels provided or they charge you $35-50 per towel based upon their own discretion. They will charge you and never tell you why. For literal natural use of the towels provided for use."

"Just a quick trip only needed the room to sleep but the hotel looks new or it’s well kept. Will definitely stay here again! Guy up front was super busy but he was super patient with the fluctuations of guest coming in at the same time."

"I enjoyed my stay at Soma! The bed was super comfortable, and I really loved the art, decor, and overall aesthetic of the hotel. It has a fun boutique feel, and I was able to walk to a nearby tiki bar that I really enjoyed.
There were a few cleanliness issues, and I had a little miscommunication with staff over the phone/voicemail, but overall I had a good stay and would consider staying again."

"I stayed 2 nights. I liked the kitchenette. Full size fridge was great to have. Bed was pretty comfortable. Nice thick towels and no issues of running out of hot water. I didn't use the pool or gym but they looked clean. I didn't eat the free breakfast so can't judge it. Plenty of parking was available. Lots of shopping and eating options near by. I would stay again."
