"Everything was good at this place. Only thing that bothered me was the beach umbrella. I would buy new umbrella if it was for me, because those umbrellas are in bad shape. Overall it is a nice little place in the middle of Old Naples that has a unique Naples charm that only can be experienced there. Very happy with my stay there and looking forward to coming to this place again."

"Overall this was a great stay. Couple areas for improvement would be the old lumpy soft mattresses that need replacing, as well as the no towel rule for the pool area. Frustrating to get there at 10am and no poolside chairs available because there were towels on them. It's clearly marked on the sign when you come into the pool area that you cannot do this, but the rule is not enforced. Some of the saved chairs had no one on them at 1pm. Very frustrating! "

"I rented this condo at about half the price of the J.W. Marriott down the street where my conference was being held. The condo was quiet and comfortable, with plenty of room to spread out. The screened-in porch was perfect for relaxing in the evening. "
