"Wonderful stay"

"Convenient hotel to stop just to rest on your way to another destination. Unfortunately how helpful and polite the staff is depends on their personality and obviously not as the hotel standard. They simply are no people with service training. The bed sheet happened to come loose and while putting it back, the mattress cane visible. It was dirty, full of hairs. Very disgusting to see and to realize that the hotel makes paying guests sleeps on that???"

"We had a room with a terrace and pool access. You could walk out onto the terrace joined to the room and from there walk out to the pool without having to go through the hotel. This is great, except the pool door did not lock on our terrace and the QR to the room did not work. So someone could literally have walked right into our room at any time from the pool. This is unsafe. We placed chairs in front of the door on the terrace so we could hear scraping if the door was attempted to be open. The...

"Room as expected clean but basic. Perhaps could have been better. Shower over bath no plug if you wanted a bath. Instructions for air conditioning would’ve have been helpful as we couldn’t figure how to turn off the first night. We were not alone. Restaurant good but lacked vegetarian options but staff were helpful only eat there two nights. Breakfast was good. Staff on reception were very helpful to find our way round taxis or buses to get to where we wanted. Spa was excellent and a must...

"The rooms were clean and it was cleaned everyday. I haven’t tried the Restaurant Burnout looked very good though! The bar was fine!"

"Room was clean and spacious, had a great beach and ocean view from our balcony and room included breakfast . Plus they had dinning and lunch on premises down by the beach"

El problema de este hotel es que tenían la calefacción a tope y no la podian apagar, vino 2 veces el chico de mantenimiento y no me lo pudo solucionar. "I stayed here for 5 days! It was a really nice place! The staff was nice and i got the birthday package! it was worth it. The voltage was too high for my travelling steamer, so it got destroyed and i tried to get one to borrow from the hotel but wasnt able to get it, which was fustrating but i ended up purchasing one from a shop not too far away. The room that I paid for was supposed to have a balcony with a nice view of the sea, but when I got there, my balcony was facing someone's home :(...
