Great hôtel in a great location. Staff were very helpful, polite and patient when we were attestons to speak French, encouraging our efforts to speak their language. We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage while we spent a few hours exploring. Would recommend this hôtel.

The staff were friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade upon arrival — a wonderful start to our stay. Overall, everything was great; the only downside was a small dirty spot on the toilet seat, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I considered mentioning it to the front desk but decided to let it go. Aside from that, the room was clean and comfortable, and we had a pleasant stay.

Great stay

Lovely modern styling in a collection of ancient buildings. Very attentive staff who speak good English. Limited parking so may well have to drop luggage and park elsewhere. Hotel is right in the little Venice area surrounded by medieval streets and great restaurants.

We had such a nice stay here! We got a warm and very welcoming reception from Théo, and he also assisted us with other questions we had in a good way. The hotel is perfectly situated in Colmar to explore the city. It is a good idea to book a restaurant/wine bar ahead. We used one on the recommendations and it was super nice

We loved this hotel. Especially the quality of the room and breakfast dining room. Our only comment on a short coming was our room was on etage 2, with access via a steep curving stairway.
