"Lovely hotel, welcoming and extremely helpful staff, room cleaned well daily, water bottles also replaced daily. Great facilities i.e. gym, spa, pool, range of dining options. Easy access to mall. "I made a reservation for March 5, 2025, and arrived at the hotel around 5:30 PM after a long and exhausting journey with my family from Colombo. The road conditions were extremely poor, and the location is very remote, making the trip even more difficult.
