Our room was musty, window sheers were literally shredded and tied up all over the place, gross old cobwebs outside on our windows and my daughter and I both woke up with swollen puffy eyes ostensibly from mold or allergens in the room or ac vents. We also chose the hotel partially for laundry facilities as we were attending a local horse show and assumed we would need them and when we asked were told they actually weren’t on site…they were at a sister...

"Obviously, a great price. One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. This little motel has been completely redone and maintained. I wish there was a little coffee maker and a microwave, The pillows could really use some updating and replacing.. I usually don’t stay in low-cost motels like this so my expectations might be above where they should be. But overall, I was impressed."

"The room was clean and comfortable for one night. The front desk door was locked at 3pm and had to use a side window to check in. The lady could not find my reservation and seemed confused but in the end she gave me my room. It was a basic motel and overpriced for what it is but I needed a place close to Burbank airport last minute so it worked. "

"The hotel looks ok from the outside then you go in. The staff was not helpful. Our door would not open. We would have to put to room key in and out at least 10 times every time we wanted to go in before it would work and when we asked for assistance the staff just said that the issue was not the key it was the door. "It’s a great little motel for the money. It’s located in a very walkable area with many restaurants and cafes nearby. Parking is included. Home Boy industry baked goods and coffee are supplied for breakfast. It would be nice to have a couple other options such as fruit or yogurt, but overall, it’s a great place."
