I am very upset. Not so much with staybridge. But with Expedia. I expected a hot tub. After paying I found out the hot tub has been broken since December 2024. That’s not what I paid for. It was an anniversary. Wanted the hot tub. It’s almost five months.

Staff friendly. Good breakfast variety. Bed not comfortable and was to high off the floor (husband is 6ft tall and wasn't easy for him either) Dishes dirty, the ice cube basket in the freezer was dirty, towel had hair on it and mirrors were all dirty- streaked.

didnt like the fact that the pool and hot tub were out of order and it wasnt posted on the site that it was under repair. we would have went somewhere else to stay. espesaly seeing there was no price discount for this.

The breakfast and social hour was great as we didn't need to go out and eat and the food was good. There was a problem with an unruly guest but they took care of it and that can't be helped.

I have stayed here several times, with my grandkids, and by myself have always enjoyed the suites the roomyness the beds are top notch, i slept so well. The kitchen is well stocked. They doing alot of upgrades so thats a plus. In rooms, the dining area and renovating the pool and hot tub its going to be real nice. I am a big fan of Staybridge hotels and the one in Columbia Mo sure is a pleasures and a great place to stay. Oh food is excellant the cooks are very good and go above and beyond. If your in the area and need a good place to stay. I give this place a 10

Clean & comfortable

It seemed loud you can hear every door shut, walking & breakfast served to late at 6:30 but they did have coffee & pastries but overall because the cleanliness I stay again.
