"Property close to Blossom Music Center and easily accessed from interstate. Our floors were wet from mopping , I guess. A coffee maker would be nice. We had no cups. The toilet paper holder was broken, not there. 2 half rolls sat on the sink. I would not stand in the shower. It was either terribly stained or dirty. I will not be staying here again."

"The location was perfect. I needed a late checkout and they were very accommodating. We ate lunch at the restaurant and it was delicious. The menu had many tasty options, it was hard to decide. As usual, the cookie was perfect!"

"Booked a 2 night stay and upon arrival found the pool and fitness center were out of order. Water was dripping from the ceiling into the treadmill below and smelled moldy. The shower in our room had hair on the walls. We decided to stay somewhere else the second night and requested a refund due to lack of amenities. The manager, in email, said he would refund our second night back to us but we never received it. Called to talk to him and was told he would be in at 11 am, called at 12, now he...

"The bed was comfortable the pillows were good. The room was spacious. The bathroom had lots of room. The shower had good water pressure. Anyone who does not like lavender should know all of their bath products have lavender in them. The room was mostly quiet, there was some noise from the nearby highway. The location was convenient. The employees were all very nice."

"No breakfast and I did not see the advertised hot tub. The onsite restaurant was closed and there were not many restaurants in the area."

"I was given a 2nd floor accessible room even though I did not request it. It was fine but not as convenient for things like showering. There was also something about the room that made network cell services unusable and airways never able to connect to the wifi. Everything was dial up slow. I've stayed in this property many times and never had this network or wifi issues."
