"Loved staying at this hotel! The staff were so kind and helpful! Loved staying there. The gentleman at the front desk was so kind and welcoming with the biggest smile! Then when I checked out, the young lady at the front desk was just as nice! Every time I walked by or asked for something, they were very helpful! "

"We didn’t have a great experience during our stay. Overall, the hotel felt unclean and poorly maintained. The hot water in the shower wasn’t working properly, and the room cleanliness was below expectations. The breakfast area was especially concerning — the station itself was dirty, and dishes and utensils appeared unwashed. "I would give this place easily a solid 10 out of 10 ! What a beautiful ski lodge to stay at right beside kicking horse resort . It’s also really nice that breakfast is included. The price was very reasonable for a ski lodge on resort . The whole experience was very enjoyable and we would stay again for sure. "

"Parking was accesible,theres complete fir eating,however we dont used it I brought my own things to used.Frying pan not good condition many scratches,we dont used it too.I like their little stove it was functioning good,sink also good.Housekeeping good,place is quite which I like.Total stay happy.Thank you."
