"I would give this place easily a solid 10 out of 10 ! What a beautiful ski lodge to stay at right beside kicking horse resort . It’s also really nice that breakfast is included. The price was very reasonable for a ski lodge on resort . The whole experience was very enjoyable and we would stay again for sure. "

"Loved staying at this hotel! The staff were so kind and helpful! Loved staying there. The gentleman at the front desk was so kind and welcoming with the biggest smile! Then when I checked out, the young lady at the front desk was just as nice! Every time I walked by or asked for something, they were very helpful! "

"When I pulled into the parking lot there were over 15 people getting together with alcohol in hand. I asked the desk if this was the norm and he said it was just people getting organized. The breakfast staff wasn’t friendly or smile unless you were of the same culture. This was very evident and I witnessed this a few times with different families. Took kids to the pool and 9 or 10 men all came in and took over the hot tub. They all had 3 or more beer with them. They were swearing and loud....

"For the price we paid, I believe this place exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the stay even more pleasant. Breakfast was good, we tried the sandwich and it was really tasty. Check-in and check-out were both hassle-free, which we appreciated. The only thing to note is that parking can get full in the evening, so it’s something to plan ahead for. Overall, a great experience!"
