This property is in the midst of a major remodel and seems to have fallen down on maintenance during this period. The exterior stairs were dirty and poorly lighted in the daytime (enclosed with no lights so when you enter the stairs from the bright outdoors you can't see. The stairs are also in poor repair and uneven; not safe. The breakfast is minimal and uninspiring, but the coffee was good."
