"The key did not work when we got to our room, normally not a big deal. There were no towels in the room, which meant I had to make another trip down to the receptionist. Then the toilet would not flush. For some reason the water line was disabled."

"Everything was clean and well maintained but the only reason I didn't give a five star was the bathtub was very slick on the bottom and you had to be very careful not to slip and fall. I'm sure it would be a cause for concern for many others as well. Needs some kind of skid protection on bottom."
