"The room was perfectly located right in the heart of Madrid. However it was very basic. We had three hangers between two of us, there were no shelves or hooks to put your clothes. They provided one coffee sachet and two sugar sachets, no milk or tea. No bin for the room. There was no attention to detail at all. This was a shame as it could have been so much nicer with a little love."

"Room is new and very clean. Bathroom is small but complete and comfortable. Check in was easy and staff was very accommodating. Only divide was the WiFi was pretty slow. Would recommend. "
