"A great hotel within walking distance from restaurant, ferries and shops. The rooms were big and comfortable. Not the latest remodel but very nice for a great price. Highly recommend. "

"Lovely room in great location, close to lake, ferries and bus depot. Lots of lovely restaurants and cafes. 5 mins walk from town centre and funicular, 20 mins to train station. Stefano was extremely helpful with great restaurant recommendations and tips. Easy self check in. Very hot and extremely busy when we were there, not surprising for August. Always ridiculous queues for ferry tickets even at 7am! So got the C110 bus up the west lakeside. Stopped at Argegno for breakfast, went up the cable...

"Cristian was very helpful during our check-in. He even got into the car with me and helped me find a nearby parking place during the busy time we arrived. Thanks a lot! Also there is a bakery and lots of other food shops just around the corner of the hotel."
