"We actually didn't get an ocean front room however all I can say is it's impossible to not see the ocean from this hotel. We had a room set back on one of the pool levels but our balcony was basically the pool. The common areas are exquisite and all have views. The rooms with the ocean views looked great and all the other guests seemed quite happy."

"Location was the best, but no assistance during the incident took place in February. Elevator had been out of order before the Cartel incident . During the cartel attacks to this city entire city stores and all closed and had hard time to find essential food for the guests. One written notice was put out after the incident, but no follow ups. I would think twice in the future if when I visit PV. "

"The hotel requires major renovations but can't beat the beachfront location. They play loud music until late so highly recommend taking noise-cancelling plugs for quality sleep. Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating to individual needs, however, we had to stay in a different room than what we paid for and the front desk did not mention this during checkout assuming that we are completely blind to finding out we were being setup in a much smaller and nominal room than what we paid for. We had to spend 2 nights outside our Master Suite which didn't have air conditioning. When asked for refund or credit/adjustment since we didn't have our room ready for 2 nights, the staff denied all responsibility. Not sure if we would book this again as this experience left a very sour taste. "
