"The room was very clean"

"phone & wi-fi access was terrible. that said the room was surprisingly quiet considering how close to freeway we were & very convenient to places we went tho none were 'walkable' still the staff were excellent & very helpful (due to train schedule we arrived quite late and they were most accomidating = loved having a fridge/microwave- tv service was great. i personally found the mattress hard but i like a softer one. wish they had softer pillows tho. -- this is not against the room - i just find...

"Clean, comfortable (great bed), super shower. Office staff all very friendly and helpful. Super location - restaurants and cafés (Philz Coffee) all just a short walk & shorter drive, short drive into "downtown" Walnut Creek. "
