"Rooms were very clean . Breakfast was excellent. Decorated with beautiful antiques . Very charming interior. There was quite a bit of traffic noise from the neighborhood . Windows in my room were in poor repair and did not close properly. This made the traffic noise worse."

"Probably my one of the best experiences in a hotel, ever. Every team member we encountered was so nice. We were greeted by a glass of champagne. Dominic the bartender made insane Espresso Martinis. He made mine with Tequila. I was hooked. Dinner was great at the bar! Delicious burger and fries. The entire ambiance. Just impeccable. We will be back!"

"Beautiful historic hotel! The lobby and rooms are beautifully decorated. The staff members were all helpful and efficient. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The attached parking garage is well maintained. There are on-site restaurants, but the hotel is also within walking distance of several well-rated neighborhood spots. Close to the Market place and historic 3rd district, bus lines, and the expressway. Exercise room had several machines. The pool is small, but has a great view...

"This hotel is old and badly needs renovation. It looks and feels tired, both the room and the lobby. During our check in, we felt the young woman checking us in must be on her first day (if so, I give her lots of leeway for trying) as she was clueless. couldn't even find our reservation, couldn't answer our questions about meals, etc. Our room, particularly the bathroom, looks and feels very old. The bathroom vanity is chipped and scratched. The toilet is practically on the floor and...
