"Room was we appointed with a very comfortable bed. Staff was outstanding. While there in late January the road was under repair and closed for 2 blocks. Get rid of a car you won't need it as this apt is super close to everything. They have free use of one laundry machine and one dryer from 3-8pm. Nespresso coffee in the room. We had been traveling for 6weeks when we arrived and we were impressed (unit 303 facing rear of building)."

"We had a great stay at Hotel Mercer. The hotel is centrally located- a few minutes walk to the cathedral. The hotel is spotless and the rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were so friendly and helpful- they booked restaurants and tickets, and gave great advice to ensure we got the most out of our trip to Seville. Lucy especially was so welcoming and kind. "Prompt service for a badly stuck front door. Cleaning staff very nice. I wish the place had paper towels (which is different than the extra toulet paper they gave me- à langauge?) The sponge and dishcloth smelled like badly of urine so I didn’t use them. "
