"The telephones do not work and they go in and out intermittently you cannot contact the hotel or anybody at the hotel the bathrooms hardly work. It’s still under construction and they will not refund you and do not care once you do get a hold of them the fair of you being without a hotel room because you can’t get a hold of the hotel itself."

"On June 23 I booked The Washington Hotel in Brooklyn NY for the dates of July 3 to July 8. Upon arriving at the hotel lobby, almost at midnight we immediately observed that the conditions of the hotel facilities weren’t the same as the shown through the Expedia platform.
