"The room was freezing cold. We tried to set the temperature to a higher one bit kept waking up cold and nothing changed. Also the room was nothing like the photos in the website. It was tiny and there was barely any day light."

"The hotel was nice overall, but there were a few disappointing issues. The rooms are very dark and could definitely use better lighting. We also noticed what appeared to be dried blood on the wall behind the bathroom door. We reported it and asked for it to be cleaned, but it was never addressed during our stay.
