"The staff were all wonderful however the hotel is very old and in desperate need of renovation. I realize the property is undergoing change of ownership but the rooms are very dated and dark. The hot tub was quite shallow and difficult to enjoy and the parking felt sketchy. Beds are comfortable but no outside/outdoor space to enjoy. I hope that once the hotel is fully transitioned to Coast hotels the rooms and amenities will be more enjoyable for the cost."

"Property was amazing other than we only found out when we got there, but the pool was unavailable, but the property had made arrangements with the hotel in the parking lot for all members to use their pool and so my kids didn’t miss out"

"The staff were very helpful. The free breakfast was great. The location is very convenient in terms of being across the street from the train station and a very short ride to the downtown core and to Calgary Stampede. We were also able to walk to the university stadium which was also across the street and ate at a delicious BBQ restaurant that was a 5 minute walk from the hotel. We didn't have a car but there is also plenty of free parking on site."

"This hotel is in a great spot! Easy access to get onto any main road you need for activities. The hotel is in walking distance to restaurants, shops and fitness. It also has a great coffee bar and restaurant. A beautiful, clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay. We’ll definitely stay here again!"

"We were in Calgary for the Stampede and this location was very close to transit. It was easy to get around. The breakfast in the morning was great. There was a kitchen in the room but you must remember that it is not stocked with anything including dishes. I don't believe there is air conditioning and we had to close our window as there was a very noisy building next to us. I think it was a type of power station/maintenance building for SAIT. "The staff and hotel were good. My complaints are the area felt very sketchy. The Macdonald’s and circle k located infront of the hotel didn’t feel safe at all. Also our air conditioning was broken. After 2 complaints they moved us. Sadly the second room on the 22nd floor was even hotter. They came and checked the air conditioner. You would have to shut it on and off to “reset” it. She was very welcoming, showed me all around the property and I was able to pick from a couple room options that were still available, and I was welcome to any of the water and the snacks in the kitchen.
