"The property was very close to Stratford’s Avon Theater and to restaurants. The hostess was friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were good, healthy and presented well. The property is aging and our room was quite small. Overall a pleasant experience!"

"We were in a Junior Suite, room 1, with a Queen bed and Double sofa bed. Our main complaint was with the odd layout of the room. It was clear it used to be two different rooms that they combined to make a larger room. However, the toilet was on one side, and the shower on the other side (each in an enclosed bathroom). The room door only had a handle lock which opened with an actual key - no deadbolt or other locking feature. The auxiliary entrances were not locked or secured in any manner. "No staff on site. Room code didn't work, number to call only went to voice mail. Managed to get someone on the line to remote open our room door. There was no available restaurant or lounge on site. Screaming kids on our floor. No one at checkout to talk to. Room was very nice, but no service to speak of."
