"The AC unit sends out a hummm I called it white noise. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL!!! The breakfast bar was adequate. My only issue was with an outside facing room the noise factor. People in the parking lot or traffic. "

I felt bad for the staff as they tried very hard to be polite and apologetic when the key card had to be reprogrammed at least 10 times because it would not open our door, the no buffet breakfast one day because they forgot to pick up the supplies, the no coffee one day because they forgot to take it out of the freezer to defrost, the banged up walls in the hallways, furniture in our room that was missing drawers, marked up and dingy. "My stay was very comfortable and I was able to relax and enjoy myself. Everyone was very helpful and the property is very clean. Rooms are very nice and clean. Food was good . The eggs could be scrambled instead of frozen round eggs. But I will be visiting again😊"

"Breakfast was the standard fare but was good. Breakfast manager very kind and attentive . Room clean and comfortable. Hallway on 4th floor was sub freezing temp , which seemed excessive. Some hand sanitizer machines at elevators were not working but I’m sure they will be corrected."

"Las habitaciones muy limpias, aunque en la habitación de mi hermano, en el baño, la bañera no tenía cortina. Por otro lado, desde el primer día la llave de la habitación no abría. Al parecer era un problema con la batería de la cerradura de la puerta pero nunca la cambiaron, cada vez que teníamos que entrar a la habitación había que esperar por alguien que nos abriera. El desayuno estaba excelente todos los días."
