"Stay was horrible i arrived at the property at 7 pm and was not able to check in until after 8 pm! Due to expedia not sending over the virtual payment card and going through multiple agents to get situation taken care of all agents were not only rude to me but also to the lady at the front desk! The front desk agent tried to be as helpful as possible though. But more issues occurred once i was in room, the room was not properly clean nor did the room bot have pots or pans as stated aswell as the pull out couch had bed bugs!!!! I checked out shortly after horrible horrible horrible! I understand the propert isnt a 5 star hotel but come on BED BUGS VERY UNACCEPTABLE! "

"Breakfast variety was not a big selection. Egg muffins had no taste and were cold, egg sandwiches also had no taste or seasoning. Pancakes were good. Potatoes were still hard. I honestly did not enjoy the food except the cereal and pancakes. We were excited about getting in the pool but the water was very very cold so could not enjoy that either. The hotel itself is very nice and clean though."

"The property was extremely hot & humid in the rooms. There were fans in the lobby pointing towards the entrance. The elevator is a complete safety hazard it’s stopped & the door opened repeatedly every floor before even getting to the floor i was staying on which was level 6 everytime we got on it! The other elevator must have been out of order there was no sign however only one worked. The rooms were cleaned decent my sheets were dirty & there wasn’t a phone in the room to contact customer service. Breakfast was okay i’m not a fan of buffet style food i assumed it would be more covered & at least hot or warm if not provide a microwave. The pool was 3ft didn’t even bother. Overall 3/10 experience won’t be booking here ever again. "

"the worst sleep ever there is a loud non stope Noise in the room because of the HVAC system and couldn't asleep when I asked the front desk they couldn't help "
