"We checked in to a room that was supposed to have a pull out sofa. the room had : No Sofa No Chair No Desk chair No Luggage Rack The sink was stopped up The pool was filthy after complaints the staff provided desk chair and luggage rack. Paid for the upgraded room and did not get it and Hotel.com ..."
