"Hotel was very nice, beds were comfy, shower water pressure was great. Could have used a fan in the room since there is no air conditioning. Easy parking and good location."

"We stayed in the hotel on a very, very warm day, so the rooms can get hot and uncomfortable. The staff relocated us to a room with AC, due to health concerns, but in general, there rooms are only cooled by a small desk fan. The staff were helpful and accommodating and we enjoyed the complimentary drink tickets and breakfast."

"Were given a key card to an occupied room. Staff was very helpful in finding us room, but it took some time. The room was not clean by any means. Weird substance on the couch - so we did not use it. This is a student residence converted to a hotel, and feels that way."

Stacy (Manager) was super friendly and she was behind any expectations to be sure that everything was perfect and comfortable for me and my wife. "Pros: All staff was very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast (and other meals) from the adjoining restaurant, Jack Fenn, was good. Parking was easy and convenient, being free, and right outside the front door. Very comfortable environment, loved the smell of the fire as we walked in to check in. Nice wooded area to walk around (although I was disappointed in humanity to see so much trash along the beautiful trails). Cons: Water was barely warm enough to shower, but good water pressure. ...

"Large, clean, well maintained room with effective air conditioning. Ear plugs provided in case of noise from the bar below but the noise wasn’t too bad at all. Breakfast was at additional cost but was very nice. Would definitely recommend staying at the Skeff."
