"We were so fortunate to be upgraded. Our room was a suite and superb. The staff on Reception were excellent and the Manager a joy."

"Hotel is excellent located within walking distance to the sanctuary. Not friendly staff at restaurant but food was delicious."

"Comfortable warm room, excellent breakfast, convenient location."

"Such a lovely combination of old and unique while still clean and cozy. The grounds were beautiful and everyone was so accommodating"

"This hotel is a nice relaxing place to stay in. Staff are the best, food is excellent. The shower is the only problem, they need to move the shower curtain rod away from the bathtub to give more space when using the shower."

"All good"

"Spacious room with excellent shower and the location is very central."

"All good, nice hotel. Staff are excellent and the food is great. Great location"

"Overall the room was just okay. Very old vibe not in a good way- just seemed very drab and sad."

"Fabulous hotel, very comfortable and lovely staff too. Thank you for another great stay."

"Location superb, staff brilliant, breakfast amazing. Suite X11 needs to be revamped Bad - 1) Light switches are a nightmare- there are too many and trying to turn the one you want on/off is ridiculous. 2)Shower leaked everywhere on 1st night when forward facing Jets were turned on and just general showing meaning we had to use all towels in room to soak up- reported to reception staff who provided extra towels but no repair until we had left. 3)Jaccuzi takes forever to fill up and needs some...
